Why Proofroom?

The evidence layer for the agentic economy — explicitly not an AI governance platform.

Observability

What happened technically — logs, traces, metrics inside your stack.

Identity

Who is acting — agent, service account, or human sponsor.

Authorisation

What may it do — permissions, policies, approval gates.

Proofroom

Portable evidence of what it did — hash-chained receipts you can hand to security, procurement and governance.

Observability tells you what the runtime did. Identity tells you who. Authorisation tells you what was allowed. Buyers still ask: can I see what this agent actually did, outside your vendor console?

Proofroom answers that with a portable, hash-chained evidence record — ready for security review, procurement questionnaires and governance packs — without claiming the agent never erred.

Neutrality: identity may come from platform vendors, logs from clouds, telemetry from model providers. Proofroom independently records evidence across all of them. We interoperate; we never compete with those platforms — neutrality is part of the moat.
